"I love it when a plan comes together!"

Coming to CrossFit Pasadena = Seeing Results!
It's true. Ask ANY member of our community if they feel like they have made progress in their fitness and towards their goals by training with us and they will say,
"F@*# Yes!"
But who is to blame for all this success? The Owner? The Coaches? Nah...
It's you!
Let's not take anything away from the coaches here. They bend over backwards and spend countless hours researching and bettering themselves to give you as much knowledge as you can learn about being healthy.
We can ask questions, lecture, program, teach and mentor until the grass-fed cows come home, but in the end it is YOU who make the decision to listen.
It's you who choses to wake up early for a workout before you go to the office. It's you who stays up late cooking your meals so you wont have to eat and the lunch truck during your break.
It's you who doesn't go out too late on Weekends because you need your recovery time.
When some one comes up to me and says, "You own the gym? Everyone I see come out of there is super fit."
I sure and heck don't say, "It's because of the coaches!" or "It's because of the awesome programming we have."
My favorite response is,
"It's their fault for coming in so much and eating so clean!"
That's right. It's your fault and it's about time you guys start addmitting that.

(We do have the best coaching in town, too!)

90kg with Julian Edwards (not related)
ghd's raped my right hip after being the demo boy so I had to take it to the mat for 3 sets, I finished off on ghds using one leg, that was interesting.
I did not do unbroken hanging muscle up ring dips like other people who can lift their body weight but I was as strict as I could be with just a snap of my knee's to get things started.
